The Supreme Court's Decision on Student Loan Forgiveness and The State of Student Loans in the Aftermath

This program, presented by Vaishali Rao and Sarah King, will cover the state of student loans. It will include a detailed review and analysis of the Supreme Court's decisions in Biden v. Nebraska & Dept. of Education v. Brown. Practitioners will learn the core rationale for the Court's holding and the implications of that rationale in other cases.
