This course will provide a detailed analysis of Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6 (specifically subsection (c)) and how this rule is applied in a world where technology shapes the communications between lawyer and client.
This course will also provide tips on cybersecurity, how to install safety measures in your office to protect client confidentiality, and vital actions to take in the event of a cybersecurity data breach.
