This program, taught by Anne Toale and LeeAnne Pedrick of Maglio Christopher & Toale, the largest national vaccine injury firm in the US, will explain vaccine injury litigation in a no-fault, national vaccine injury program designed to compensate those injured by vaccine injuries. Attendees will learn the requirements for eligibility for compensation in this program, created by the Vaccine Act, the scope of damages recoverable, and what to expect for COVID-19 vaccine injuries, which are currently being processed in the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program.
