Litigating the Commercial Collection Case in New Jersey

In this course, practitioners will join host Kenneth W. Biedzynski, Esq. as they explore the procedural and substantive considerations and requirements in bringing a commercial collection matter against a commercial tenant. In addition to covering issues that are presented at the stage of case intake, there will also be a discussion about litigation strategy, discovery techniques and considerations, possible other remedies, and post-judgment considerations. In addition to discussing the above concepts, transactional forms will also be presented and examined.

2. Review considerations in litigation strategy and in drafting pleadings

3. Consider and discuss strategies and means for conducting discovery

4. Canvass trial strategy and aspects to be addressed at trial

5. Discuss considerations for post-judgment collection
