Overview
In this course, practitioners will join host Kenneth W. Biedzynski, Esq. as they explore the procedural and substantive considerations and requirements in bringing a commercial collection matter against a commercial tenant. In addition to covering issues that are presented at the stage of case intake, there will also be a discussion about litigation strategy, discovery techniques and considerations, possible other remedies, and post-judgment considerations. In addition to discussing the above concepts, transactional forms will also be presented and examined.
