Tyler Haslam is a trial attorney based in Huntington, WV. He began his career representing individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies throughout West Virginia and Ohio. Tyler is well versed in personal injury work, medical malpractice litigation, insurance disputes, and general litigation.

Tyler took a break from practicing law in 2014 so that he could serve on active duty as an officer in the United States Army. His assignments were primarily in infantry and special operations units, with his last active duty assignment being in 3d Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. After leaving active duty in May 2018, Tyler transitioned to serving as a judge advocate with the West Virginia Army National Guard while simultaneously opening Haslam Law Firm LLC. He now focuses his practice on personal injury, civil litigation, OVI/DUI defense, and felony criminal defense.

Tyler and his wife Marla live in Huntington with their three children and dog, where they are very active in the community. When he's not at the office, you can find Tyler playing with his kids.
