T.K. Floyd Foutz is a national speaker on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She specializes in presenting continuing legal education seminars on the impact of implicit bias in the legal profession. T.K. is a cum laude graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She is also an alumna of Purdue University, earning undergraduate and graduate degrees. She has had a variety of professional experiences, including working as a law clerk to two federal judges and as a commercial litigator for law firms in Texas and Washington, D.C. T.K. has also managed her own law practice, and she was a faculty member in the Law Success Program at St. Mary’s University School of Law. Additionally, she has served as a bar exam coach for recent law school graduates. T.K. is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of attorneys. She has mentored pre-law students, law students, and young attorneys for nearly 25 years. She considers it an honor and a privilege to pour into the lives of her mentees.
