Sudeep Bose, Esq.

Sudeep Bose is an Attorney and former police officer. He is AVVO Superb-rated and has been practicing law since 1998. His expertise is in Criminal Defense, Fintech | Blockchain | Cryptocurrency Law, and Entrepreneur-Small Business matters.

He serves as an Attorney for the Bose Law Firm and as an Attorney and Chief Strategist for the Capital Crypto Law Center. He is former general counsel of a defense contractor in Reston, Virginia and a technology firm based in Atlanta, Georgia with extensive experience in handling inhouse legal issues and managing litigation efforts with outside counsel.

In addition to his practice of law, Bose served as Chairman on the Board of Directors of the Arlington County Bar Foundation and as Director on the Board of the Kiwanis Club of Arlington. His experience in management, compliance, and employment matters led to his appointments and leadership successes on these boards.

Bose previously served on the Arlington Bar Judicial Selection Committee and held the position of Chairman on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Committee for Arlington and Falls Church. During his tenure on the Disciplinary Committee, Bose played an integral role in panel hearings for attorneys charged with ethical violations and misconduct in the Commonwealth.

Bose was a member of the Association of Certified Financial Crimes Specialists, and is certified by the Reid Institute in Interviewing and Interrogation. He also holds numerous certificates in Fintech|Blockchain|Cryptocurrency as well as Digital Forensics through Cellebrite.

He and Dr. Soma Bose have been married since 1998 and they live in North Arlington with their three children. Bose has been profiled in the New York Times, WTOP, InsideNOVA and the Washington Times, and has served as a Legal Analyst and Commentator for ABC News WJLA.
