Bob Kasieta has been practicing law since 1983. After a judicial clerkship, he began practicing with an insurance defense firm. In 1997, Bob formed Kasieta Legal Group, LLC, and began doing plaintiffs’ work. He focuses his practice on civil trial litigation – personal injury, corporate disputes, professional liability, and employment matters. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict.

Bob has been recognized as one of the top 50 lawyers in Wisconsin by Milwaukee Magazine. He is a Certified Pre-Trial and Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Bob has been an adjunct instructor at Wisconsin Law School for almost 20 years, teaching pre-trial and trial advocacy. 

Bob is also committed to public service. He has been the mayor of his community, a member of Dane County Regional Plan Commission, Chair of the Wisconsin State Elections Board, president of the board of Badger Prairie Needs Network, which addresses food insecurity in Dane County, Wisconsin.
