Richard Neuworth has been handling disability, personal injury, and employment and employee benefits litigation for more than thirty-five (35) years. He has extensive experience in employee benefit, discrimination, harassment, personal injury, workers' compensation, personal injury, and social security disability cases. He has successfully represented individuals and groups of employees in significant employment disputes. He is an AV preeminent rated attorney.
