PAXSON C. GUEST is an associate in the law firm of Phelps Dunbar, LLP. His primary practice is in the areas of general business matters, commercial real estate, finance, and other commercial matters. He represents clients in the negotiating and drafting of a variety of general business contracts, real estate lease and purchase documents, and organizational/governance documents. In addition, he is a licensed title insurance agent and has experience in reviewing and resolving title issues associated with real estate. Mr. Guest is a member of the Louisiana and Baton Rouge Bar Associations, the Louisiana Law Institute’s Common Interest Ownership Regime Committee, and Baton Rouge Property Lawyers. He received his J.D. in 2018 from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center and clerked for the Honorable S. Maurice Hicks, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
