Mr. Moura advises US and international clients on a broad range of global coverages, including general liability, errors and omissions (E&O) and professional liability, directors and officers (D&O), cybercrime, fidelity, and representations and warranties (R&W).

Before entering private practice, Mr. Moura worked with a media policy think tank based at the London School of Economics, where he developed a network of policymakers, researchers, and lobbying groups involved in consumer protection and digital rights. He also served as a judicial extern for Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as an intern at the United Nations World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
