For the past 20 years, Marc Snyderman has provided leadership on mission critical projects with a diverse range of organizations to improve performance and strengthen organizational effectiveness. His experience ranges from a corporate associate at Ballon, Stoll, Bader & Nadler, PC in New York City, to in house counsel positions in cable television at Insight Communications Company, Inc. as well as the roles of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a mid-tier government contractor, Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc shepherding CAGR of 26% per year for 5 years straight.

Mr. Snyderman’s diverse background in legal and operational leadership positions, provides him a unique perspective on issues and leadership challenges. He currently runs his own law firm providing outside general counsel services to small and mid-sized companies. He also provides strategic advice on operations and growth and serves on the Board of Advisors of Hangtime Media as well as advising several non-profit boards.

He has been a speaker on various government contracting issues such as sequestration and taught continuing education courses in that area for the National Contract Management Association. He received certification in Daniel Pink’s Drive motivation theory and is an active blogger and social media expert in the fields of leadership, motivation and business strategy.

Further, Mr. Snyderman instituted and ran full day manager’s training sessions for the management team at the government contractor he served as a C-level executive for on topics ranging from management to compliance.

Marc holds a B.A. degree from Dickinson College, a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and an Certificate of Executive Education in Business from Mendoza School of Business, University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
