Zane Johnson is the Founder and Managing Attorney of MZA Legal, a Black-owned, virtual law firm empowering Philadelphia’s next generation of entrepreneurs. Zane helps new entrepreneurs build a solid foundation for their business so they can avoid catastrophic mistakes and build generational legacies. His goal is to build a firm that empowers everyday people to do extraordinary things while pushing the boundaries of innovation and design in the profession.

Zane is a believer in the power of community and the importance of giving back. He’s volunteered on the boards of numerous non-profits including YEAH Philly, with whom he partnered to launch the Empowered Youth Entrepreneurs Project (EYE Project) – a small business program for teen and young adult entrepreneurs in West Philadelphia. He has also worked as a conflict resolution workshop facilitator for justice-involved youth with the Good Shepherd Mediation Program in Philadelphia.
