Lizzie Lockwood is the Director of Legal Training & Staff Attorney at For The People. She leads DA and Pro-Bono training, oversees For The People’s internship and fellow programs and ensures ongoing case review. Lizzie leads the Aoki Criminal Justice Practicum, a partnership between the University of California, Davis Law School, the Yolo District Attorney’s Office, the Amador District Attorney’s Office, and For The People.  Prior to joining For The People, Lizzie spent a decade working as a post-conviction criminal defense investigator on capital cases for the Habeas Corpus Resource Center.
