John Pierce is the owner of The Law Office of John Pierce, Esq. in Bristol, VA.
His practice is focused on the legal issues surrounding gun ownership including the development of NFA trusts, ATF regulatory compliance, and gun rights restoration for non-violent offenders.
He is the serving Chair of the American Bar Association Second Amendment Civil Rights Litigation Subcommittee and his writings have been published by the ABA Civil Rights Litigation Committee and the ABA Minority Trial Lawyer Committee.
He has taught numerous CLE classes for the American Bar Association on topics such as Gun Trusts, and Open Carry legislation.
