Jessica L. Dagley is an attorney with Akerman LLP’s litigation practice group in Chicago, focusing her practice on business and commercial litigation matters. She represents public and private companies, small businesses, and individuals in business transactions and disputes, professional liability/malpractice matters, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty matters, and insurance coverage. Ms. Dagley has tried cases in both Federal and State Courts and has litigated matters in binding arbitration and FINRA. She is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Illinois State and American Bar Associations. She earned her B.S. degree from Marquette University College of Business and her J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. Ms. Dagley regularly speaks on topics involving professional responsibility, legal ethics and the rules of professional conduct, and professional liability and she has been selected annually since 2019 by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, a distinction received by only 2.5% of lawyers in Illinois.
