Jenny Miller is the CLO, SVP and Secretary for Renmatix – a plant-based platform technology company making upcycled and sustainable products for a variety of markets including food and beauty.  She works closely with Renmatix technical and commercial teams to advise and advance the strategy and success of Renmatix.  She is responsible for the company’s intellectual property strategy, and oversees the prosecution and maintenance of its robust and growing portfolio of patents and trade secrets.  She plays an important role in collaboration, financing, and acquisition transactions.  She works closely with the CEO and with the Board of Directors.  She is also responsible for the company’s human resources.  Before Renmatix, Jenny was a partner of Ballard Spahr LLP in the Business and Finance Department, with clients that included entrepreneurs, emerging technology developers, global conglomerates, venture capitalists, universities, and more.
