Jason represents institutions and entities in all aspects of employment law, with a particular emphasis on religious accommodations and trade secret litigation. Jason is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and the former Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of Texas. Jason has been named Top Attorney by Austin Monthly (2020–2024), A Top 100 Lawyer by  Texas Super Lawyers (2023-2024), A Top 50 Attorney in Central & West Texas (2023-2024), and Lawyer of the Year in Management Employment Law (2020, 2022, 2025) by Best Lawyers in America.
