Doug brings over 40 years of leadership and diverse operational experience in the private and public sectors to each of his Lawline programs. He has spent the last 27 years in a consulting role working with senior executives of well-recognized domestic and global companies to develop strategies for improving their performance and their team's success. In addition, he helps organizations align operational business strategy with people strategy to maximize organizational effectiveness and profitability.

He became committed to lawyer well-being due to his involvement in lawyer discipline as a member, vice-chair, and chair of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board.

He is certified in iMap®, Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ), and The Four Stages of Psychological Safety. Doug calls iMap, C-IQ, and Psychological Safety his version of the primary colors. He can "paint" solutions with any of those primary tools or create customized blends of those methodologies to help successful leaders achieve a positive, long-term, measurable shift in behavior for the benefit of themselves, their people, and their teams.

Doug is a frequent speaker to bar associations and other legal organizations.
