Diane Bradshaw, President. After a career of 10 years as an associate attorney at various firms, Diane has incorporated as Bradshaw Law Group P.C., a full service boutique law firm handling, without limitation, complex commercial litigation, commercial and residential foreclosure, lease finance transactions and litigation, secured transactions, contracts, real estate, creditors’ bar bankruptcy, entertainment law, intellectual property, immigration, tariff exemption, trusts and estates, marital law, and elder law.

With over 30 years in the entertainment world before law school, Diane has written, produced, and edited short films; and appeared professionally in film, television, theatre, and concert internationally. She remains active as a producer of film, television, and theatre projects. Diane holds a B.S. Degree in Film and Theatre Studies from the City University of New York and a J.D. from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. Diane is on the Programming Committee of New York Women in Film and Television (NYWIFT) and is a member of SAG-AFTRA, AGMA, and AEA.
