David J. Butler is a Principal at Bressler, Amery & Ross. David is the Chair of the firm's Cybersecurity, Privacy & Technology practice group and a member of the firm's Financial Institutions practice. David's extensive background includes commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement proceedings as well as counseling clients on data privacy and cybersecurity compliance.   While primarily representing the financial services and insurance industry, David advises companies of all sizes on data security matters and risk mitigation. David is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals and a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).
