Crystal has been practicing law since 2013 and is licensed in Virginia. Her practice is focused on the representation of landlords and property managers of multifamily residential real estate in Virginia. This representation includes Fair Housing disputes and all litigation associated with lease disputes, including breach of lease, unlawful detainer actions, and tenant’s assertion actions. She also provides broader legal advice to her clients on their compliance with various laws, drafts company policies and procedures, reviews and drafts lease agreements, negotiates and drafts settlement agreements, among other general counsel-type tasks.

As a member of the legal community, Crystal has been recognized by her peers as a Best Lawyer in Real Estate Litigation (2022) and a Top Attorney in Arlington Magazine (2021). She is an involved member of the Fairfax and Alexandria Bar Associations and currently serves her community as Chair of the Alexandria Commission for Women.
