Andrea Castetter is
Chief Operating Officer - Legal and Information and Digital Solutions (Information Technology, Advanced Analytics and Data Sciences, and Information Security), Cyber Security, Privacy, and Trade Secret Counsel for Eli Lilly and Company. She is also currently the Lead Information Counsel at Lilly managing Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber Security, Privacy, and Trade Secrets. Her practice has included many aspects of patent law, including procurement, transactional, licensing, and litigation. Andrea has extensive experience in cybersecurity, data protection, and security, and trade secret law, including internal investigations and complex litigation matters. She has a B.S. in Chemistry and worked for Lilly for 8 years as a scientist prior to her legal roles.
