Ami Bhatt is an Associate General Counsel with McKinsey & Company, where her work focuses on managing, clearing, and protecting the company's intellectual property portfolio, including leading its trademark management strategy.  Prior to joining McKinsey, she was an in-house attorney with Take-Two Interactive Software, an interactive entertainment company, where she handled IP and publishing issues across the company's publishing labels. Ami graduated from the Boston University School of Law and obtained her B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University.
