Ola Gruszka is an Assistant General Counsel with McKinsey & Company, where her work currently focuses on protecting the company's intellectual property portfolio. In the past Ola has played a number of different roles within McKinsey & Company Legal Department, including integrative general legal counseling in Central Europe and France and leading legal support for McKinsey & Company Solutions in the EMEA region. Prior to joining McKinsey, Ola worked in Polish and French law firms on corporate, M&A and IP matters. Ola graduated from the Warsaw University and is registered with Warsaw Bar.
