Biography

Ms. Scafuri is a partner at Cadicina Law in Morristown, New Jersey, where she works with clients on issues including alimony and child support, custody and parenting time, the drafting of pre-marital, separation and property settlement agreements, civil union dissolution and domestic violence matters.  She represents clients in family law litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, arbitration and collaborative practice.

 Ms. Scafuri is a Certified Matrimonial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.  She is an accredited mediator in both family and civil matters and has been trained as a collaborative law attorney.  Ms. Scafuri is admitted to the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases for several New Jersey counties and serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Morris County.   

She has been consistently recognized by Best Lawyers in both Family Law and Family Law Mediation and in New Jersey Super Lawyers and New Jersey Monthly as one of the state’s top “Super Lawyers." Since 2021, Angela has been routinely recognized by Morris Health and Life for family law.  In  2021, Angela was named in Super Lawyer's Top 50 Women Attorneys in New Jersey as well as recognized by NJ Biz as a “Leader in the Law.”  She has been previously recognized by her peers as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by the New Jersey Law Journal.  

Angela is the Immediate Past President of the Morris County Bar Association and a Past President of the Morris County Bar Foundation.  She also serves on the Matrimonial Board for the New Jersey Association for Justice, Matrimonial Committee Family Law Practice Committee.
