Understanding & Navigating ERISA Long Term Disability Policies

This course, taught by Jennifer L. Hess, an attorney and lecturer on long term disability law topics, will discuss how to understand and navigate group long term disability policies subject to ERISA. The course will cover the critical terms found in every long-term disability policy and provide valuable practice tips. The program also will review the basic protections and rights that ERISA provides to long term disability claimants. A basic understanding of these protections and rights is necessary to successfully assist any ERISA long term disability claimant.
