Trends in Loan Servicing Regulation and Financial Services Litigation

In this course, financial services attorneys Reid Manley, Andrew Stutzman, Jamie G. Siler, and Megan R. Stumph-Turner will discuss current litigation trends related to TCPA, FDCPA, and EFTA, as well as regulatory updates in the loan servicing sector.
