Third Party Releases - Did the Supreme Court Get it Right or Not?

This program will discuss the Supreme Court's decision in the Purdue Pharma case related to third-party releases, the policy reasons for/against third-party releases, what subsequent courts have opined on the third-party release issues post-Purdue Pharma as well as provide the panelists' thoughts on where third party releases may end up both short term and long term.

This program will benefit any practitioner that has cases involving complex Chapter 11 plans where third party releases are being sought, which is still in many/most cases, even post Purdue Pharma.
