Overview
This program will feature a panel discussion between experienced Florida litigators from diverse backgrounds and perspectives who will focus on intermediate-level trial skills needed to effectively litigate each stage of your case. The program will benefit practitioners who want to refresh or advance their trial skills set by highlighting helpful resources to utilize and demonstrating intermediate techniques used for trial preparation. The program will present composite "checklists" that allow for 1) effective opening statements; 2) commanding direct examinations; 3) strong cross examinations techniques; and 4) persuasive closing arguments.
This program will be taught from the perspective of Florida attorneys and will refer to Florida examples, but these concepts can apply widely beyond Florida.
