This program, presented by LiLing Poh, Esq., and Kim Nicol, JD, ACC, offers a fresh perspective on key considerations attorneys can use to navigate challenging situations, reduce the risk of malpractice, and increase team sustainability and resilience. The training will provide attorneys with leadership skills and best practices gained from experience, as well as review the pertinent ethical rules, so that attorneys will learn how to manage through the stress, anxiety, and burnout that are so prevalent within the legal profession.
