Secure Financing for Digital Assets

This course will discuss secured financing with digital assets as collateral. UCC Article 12, introduced by the 2022 amendments, establishes a new legal framework for perfection of security interests in digital assets. By closely examining UCC Article 12 and different types of digital assets, the course will help improve your understanding of digital assets and the new legal framework
