This program, presented by Noelle Hicks, Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC, will address the critical issue of racism within community associations and provide practical strategies for attorneys to act as agents of positive change. Designed for community association lawyers, property managers, and board members, the course will explore effective methods for recognizing, addressing, and preventing discriminatory practices in residential communities.

The program will equip participants with tools to facilitate meaningful conversations about bias, implement anti-racist policies, and create more inclusive community environments.
