This session, presented by Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s outsourcing partners Stephen Nordahl, Bill Peters, and Daniel Mummery introduces viewers to the complete lifecycle of an outsourcing arrangement, from a request for information to a notice of termination. In addition to highlighting considerations in the supplier selection process, this session discusses negotiation strategies and other best practices.  

 

Mr. Nordahl, Mr. Peters, and Mr. Mummery consider various governance structures. They also address end of term considerations, including renew, renegotiation and insourcing or resourcing. Finally, using some real-life case studies, they examine dispute processes and resolutions.
