Robert Berry, an Attorney and Patent & Trademark Resource Center representative, presents an overview of basic trademark law principles and key open access resources relevant to trademark law.
The program covers the USPTO’s Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS), the Design Code Manual, the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP), the U.S. Acceptable Identification of Goods & Services Manual (ID Manual), and other resources, highlighting the relevance and demonstrating the use of each resource.
