This course is designed to provide legal professionals, including attorneys and aspiring litigators, with a comprehensive understanding of effective cross-examination techniques. Holleman's insights in "The Art of Cross-Examination," participants will delve into the intricate dance of hand and eye gestures, vocal gymnastics, and intellectual warfare that defines cross-examination. Learning Objectives:

1. Analyze foundational principles and techniques in cross-examination, including impeachment, tailoring questions, and organization strategies
2. Recognize effective and strategic questions that limit negative impacts, elicit favorable testimony, and maintain control during cross-examination
