Now What? Engaging All Legal Professionals in DEI Work in a Changing Environment

The dialogue around diversity, equity, and inclusion work has been a roller coaster this decade, with the Supreme Court's 2023 Harvard decision raising questions about DEI programs. This program will update attendees on the law and where recent law does and does not apply, and discuss engaging all legal professionals, regardless of their experiences to date, in DEI work going forward.

2. Assess the state of DEI efforts in your organization and/or legal community
