Negotiating Child Custody and Support Arrangements in NY

This program, taught by matrimonial and family law attorney David Badanes, will review various negotiating techniques in the settlement of child custody and child support in New York. The program will also provide a brief overview of the laws involving child custody and child support and relevant case law. 

The program will benefit attorneys with experience in child custody and child support cases, but will also provide guidance to newer practitioners.
