Navigating Ethics Issues for In-House Counsel

This course will discuss various ethical issues that in-house counsel face. The program will feature an open discussion based on hypothetical situations based on in-house counsel interactions with outside counsel and various third parties. Participants in the course will gain an understanding of the various ethical challenges and rules of the road that must be addressed as they fulfill their legal duties. The program will also attempt to give in-house counsel practical solutions to some of the unique issues they face in 2021, including a discussion of the ethical issues when working from remote locations and on virtual platforms.
