May It Please the Court: Tips for Appellate Strategy, Brief Writing, and Oral Argument

A court's rules might explain the mechanics of taking an appeal, but do you really know the best ways to pursue appellate practice? This course, presented by Jacquelyn Mouquin and Joe Gangi of Counsel Press, will highlight some strategies for how to increase your chances for success on an appeal, including timing, brief writing, and oral advocacy.
