Overview
This course, taught by Jeff Cunningham of MGC Law, will involve a discussion of the governing documents of law firms from the standpoint of legal ethics. A review of the applicable ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct will be used to discuss the key foundational aspects of law firms and best practice approaches for risk management. Key risks to law firms, and how governing documents and ethics can manage those risks, will be examined. Regardless of your law firm size, organization or practice area, we'll explore some simple but effective tools for better practice with less stress.
