In the wake of the Supreme Court's decision prohibiting universities from expressly considering race in the admissions decision-making process, employers are looking to their in-house counsel for advice regarding their organization's commitment to DEI and their current programs, practices, and initiatives. The SCOTUS ruling and related litigation have left employers questioning whether these currently established programs, practices, and initiatives are in need of review and/or revision
