Attendees will learn why they struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and procrastination, and will walk away from this training with actionable steps to overcome these habits so they can work more effectively and feel better while they do. As part of the discussion, Ms. Vizachero will cover tips for managing time, setting boundaries, saying no, caring less about other people's opinions, and evaluating one's own legal work instead of depending on external validation. Participants will also learn how to reframe their thinking to optimize their mindset and control their emotional experience along with the actions they take. In short, this presentation will cover everything attorneys need to know to thrive in the legal profession.
