Hot Topics in Employment Law Arbitration (2019)

The Supreme Court continues to hand down arbitration decisions, having already issued two in the 2019 term with one more pending. In the meantime, the 2018 Epic Systems decision on class action arbitration is still reverberating through the employment bar. This program will discuss the implications of these recent Supreme Court decisions as well as a number of other arbitration issues on which the courts are divided.
