Highlights of Working with Liens in Virginia

This program will highlight various lien holders the practitioner is likely to encounter when settling a liability claim in Virginia. Various lien holders will be highlighted along with techniques and strategies for obtaining lien information and negotiating reductions of liens.  This program is appropriate for both plaintiff and defense attorneys of all skill levels.
