Forward Progress? Engaging All Legal Professionals in DEI Work

This program, presented by Bill Nolan of Barnes & Thornburg, will discuss engaging all legal professionals, regardless of their experiences to date, in diversity, equity, and inclusion work. The course will explore a broad definition of diversity, equity, and inclusion work - whether it is the attendee or others the attendee seeks to engage. The program explores ways to get involved in DEI efforts and strategies to promote engagement in your legal organization and community.

2. Assess the state of DEI efforts in your organization and/or legal community
