The Fair Housing Act and Americans with Disabilities Act require that every business, including your law office, be accessible to those with disabilities. For lawyers, compliance with these laws is an ethical as well as a legal obligation. This course will explain what these laws require and where they apply so you can advise your clients on their obligations while making sure that your own offices meet the same obligations.
