Overview
In this program, immigration attorney Ruby Powers will break down the Supreme Court's 2020 decision on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). Powers will discuss the history of DACA and what the future may hold for DREAMERS as we await the next steps by the Administration and/or Congress to solve the never-ending uphill battle for DREAMers searching for a secure future in the United States.
