Estate Planning 101 - The Basics and Most Common Advanced Estate Planning Techniques

This program, presented by Stacey Valentine, will examine the basics of estate planning and the most advanced techniques most commonly utilized by estate planners for higher net-worth clients.  The objective of the program is to provide participants with a working knowledge of trusts and estates with an eye toward issue spotting for those non-trusts and estates attorneys or increasing the knowledge base for those who practice in this area of the law.

1. Discuss the estate planning all clients need

2. Identify clients who have additional wealth transfer and tax planning needs

3. Become conversant in higher-level planning techniques for the purposes of issue-spotting the same
