Emerging Search & Seizure Trends Part Two

This program, presented by Anthony Bandiero of Blue to Gold Law Enforcement Training, will teach attendees about several emerging trends relating to search and seizure. These issues are eye-opening and fascinating, even for attorneys that don't practice criminal law. Emerging Trends is a two-part series. Part Two focuses on issues relating to motor vehicle stops. 

Part Two will cover the following emerging trends: 

1. When does questioning vehicle occupants about unrelated matters unlawfully extend the traffic stop?

2. When can police demand passengers identify themselves? 

3. Can a "free air" drug K9 sniff become a "search" requiring probable cause?
